The course combines intensive language training with rigorous academic study. This course includes a wide range of subjects because we want you to graduate with a sophisticated understanding of German language, culture and society. In this course you'll work closely with one of our academics on real-life research, giving you an insight into what historians actually do. The learning and assessment percentages could vary depending on the modules you choose. On completion of this course recent graduates have gone on to work in a variety of professions including law, teaching, translating, journalism, broadcasting, accountancy, national government and business, in the UK and in elsewhere in Europe.
