If you want to develop your management expertise, the Master of Management will give you the tools to advance your management, decision-making and problem-solving skills so you can move into senior managerial positions.
The course covers changing and dynamic organisational environments, and is suitable for experienced professionals from a range of backgrounds, including government, community service and not-for-profit organisations as well as people with technical backgrounds in engineering and medicine, who are seeking career progression into management.

The course positions you to step beyond where you are now. You will broaden your knowledge of key management constructs and transform how you lead and manage.

Applicants must have a relevant bachelor degree or equivalent. English language requirements: IELTS 7.0 no band lower than 6.5, or TOEFL 600 with a TWE of 5, or an internet-based TOEFL score of 100 with 24 plus in Writing and no section lower than 20
国际学生入学条件
Entry level 1:
Applicants must have completed an Australian bachelor degree or an equivalent qualification and a minimum of two years relevant employment. Applicants will be ranked based on relevant employment experience and their entire academic record, with a credit average preferred.
Entry level 2:
A four-year Australian undergraduate honours degree (or equivalent) with at least a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 55% and a minimum of two years relevant employment.
Entry level 2:
Applicants must have completed an Australian undergraduate degree (or equivalent) and an Australian graduate certificate (or equivalent) in a cognate discipline with at least a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 55% and a minimum of two years relevant employment.
OR
Applicants must have completed an Australian undergraduate honours degree (or equivalent) in a cognate discipline with at least a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 55% and a minimum of two years relevant employment. Credit towards mastery knowledge can only be granted for Level 5 units.
English entry requirements
Level A
IELTS: 6.5 overall (no band lower than 6.0)
TOEFL Paper-based test: 550 with a TWE of 4.5
TOEFL Internet-based test: score of 79 overall with minimum scores: Writing: 21, Listening: 12, Reading: 13 and Speaking: 18
