This course explores the decisions made to tackle management problems in business, industry and the public sector, with a focus on industrial engineering. This course will suit students if they have qualitative and quantitative skills and are a graduate in management, computer science, engineering or a related discipline and want to pursue a career in operations management. Students will also need an ability to analyse problems in a structured way.
