The MSc in Air Transport Management offers a critical, comprehensive and practical understanding of the structure and operation of the international air transport industry and equips students with a range of transferable skills and experiences that can be applied to managerial responsibilities in the workplace. Our Air Transport Management MSc is aimed at students with some prior knowledge of the air transport industry, who wish to specialise in air transport management and improve their employment prospects through the acquisition of subject specific knowledge, research techniques and professional skills. Air transport graduates are typically employed by airline operators, airports, regulators, government agencies and consultancy firms in careers as diverse as pilots, brokers, independent consultants and managers. Graduates may also choose to study for a separate doctoral qualification (PhD) on completion of their MSc, and will be supported through this process.
