This programme focuses on the intangible or ‘hidden’ assets and explores how companies can manage them in an effective commercial manner. The Programme will not only have an appeal to the aspiring practicing lawyer looking for a high level career in an international law firm or multinational company but also for legal advisers to small/medium sized enterprises.
