Introduction The programme provides you with knowledge of both disciplines to be equipped with environmental policy, legislation, risk assessment models, environmental instrumentation, ecology and impacts. Many consultancies require at least two main areas of specialism and this programme helps you to link two important areas together. You learn the essentials of environmental policy, risk and anlaysis to enable you to work within consultancy to develop specific areas of knowledge in ecology. You understand impacts of society on ecology and you learn about policy, regulation and environment in order to question and challenge every day issues which affect ecology and environment. The planet we live on is more and more under threat from many types of environmental degradation and this is where you can make a difference and influence how we take our environment forward.
